How to order

You have the following options for purchases at WiMo:

Online Orders, here on this site, 24hrs a day
By telephone (+49-(0)7276 - 96680), during our business hours
By telefax (+49(0)7276 - 966811), 24 hrs a day, conveniently with our order form.
By EMail to 24 hrs a day
Personally in our shop in Herxheim, during business hours, we are looking forward to your visit.
By normal post to our mailing adress (see Contact details), why not use our order form?
By order from our dealers outside Germany, see list below.

By phone and in our shop we are happy to consult you with your purchases. If some questions come up with Fax- or Online orders we will contact you. So please always state a valid EMail adress or phone number.

Incoming orders (Online Shop, Fax, EMail) are permanently checked, latest the next morning on a working day. At certain times you have to expect further delays, especially before vacations, trade shows, public holidays etc. An order confirmation is usually not sent.

Payment possibilities

As an individual you can pay with the following methods:

By COD (Charge on Delivery) (only within Germany)
You will receive the goods by German Postal Services, DHL or any other forwarder of our choice. The forwarder will cash the billed amount plus some delivery charges of about 2,00 Euro (considerably more with some forwarders and express services!). When ordering by COD we grant a 3% cash discount (see below.
By Pre-payment.
You will receive a pro-forma invoice by mail or EMail, which you can pay conveniently at your bank or online. In Non-EU countries bank charges do apply!
Important: The pro-forma invoice will only be sent when we are ready to ship your ordered goods. These goods are reserved for you for a certain time. So please be patient when the pro-forma invoice does not come on the day you ordered, perhaps we have to order some goods at a supplier. If this should take longer than a few days we will contact you.
As soon as the money has arrived we will ship the goods. You will receive an EMail notification when this takes place, supposed we have your EMail adress.
When ordering and paying by pre-payment we grant a 3% cash discount (see below.
By credit card, we accept Visa, Master and Amex. The amount will be charged to your card on the day we ship the goods to you. Orders in our online shop are encrypted, so you can safely use your credit card. Please do not send credit card details by email, or if you intend to split the numbers up in two emails.
Since the middle of July 2007 we offer payPal as another payment method for your orders. This requires that you have a valid PayPal account. In the WiMo webshop you simply select "PayPal" as payment method. For the actual payment our shop will redirect your webbrowser to the PayPal website where you can authorize your payment. Afterwards you will return automatically to our webshop and receive the order number.

By plain invoice, this method is available only for public services (schools, university, public offices) or companies (within Germany) with whom we have a long standing relationship. We ask for your kind understanding that we cannot offer this option for individual purchasers. (Exception: small items up to a certain value).
Goods with a value of up to 50,00 EUR a payment by direct bank debit is possible (only within Germany).

Delivery times

WiMo ecxells at having a large stock, also on larger (and more expensive) items. Should a delay occur due to availability we will contact you.
Usually goods on stock are shipped on the third working day latest, but mostly shipments leave our premises much faster. At certain times (before vacations, before trade shows, around public holidays) more delays can occur, we ask for your kind understanding.

You will find a price near any article number (Order No.), e.g.:

The first number is the list price, the second amount (in brackets) is the discounted price which we grant for cash payments (also granted for cash or EC card payments in our shop).

All prices stated on the website are incl. VAT (for citizens of the EU).

Minimum order amount

Since a while we are flooded with small orders up to 10,00 Euro. Although we are happy to help with such orders, the cost has be become prohibitive. So we have to introduce a minimum order amount:

Minimum order amount is 15,00 Euro
In case the order (excl. shipment cost) stays below this minimum we have to add a surcharge of 6,00 Euro

Shipment cost

Know the shipping cost of an article in advance! With an extension of our webshop you now have the opportunity to calculate shipment cost for most articles, right to your home.

Usually we ship with Deutsche Post (German postal services, DHL), larger freight is shipped with various forwarders (GLS, UPS etc.). Cost is depending on destination (domestic, abroad), weight and size. Shipment cost include cost of packing.

As of April 2006 our webshop calculates the shipping cost automatically. Customers with destination Germany will see the precise shipping cost with the first item put into the shopping basket. Customers with destination outside Germany need to enter their full adress, this is required to calculate the shipment cost. In this case the shipment cost will be shown on the confirmation page, before you commit the online order.

The automatic calculation of shipment cost has certain limits, for example if your shipment consists of more than one packet. In this case no shipment cost are shown, we will inform you before we send the goods to you.

To calculate your shipment cost precisely please state your postal code and destination country when sending an inquiry to WiMo.

Cancellation and return

A cancellation is easily possible until the goods have left our premises (even if we don't like it...). Should the goods be already on their way to you we have to negotiate return of unused products, in Germany special legal regulations apply (Fernabsatzgesetz). Returns to WiMo

For all returns to WiMo, please note:
Please use appropiate postage for all returned goods. Items where we have to pay the the freight cost (postage) will be refused.
German postal services charges twice the normal price for non-franked deliveries. Returns and shipments to WiMo should therefore be franked in all cases. We are happy to reimburse you on your postage in case of eligibility.
Small items can be sent in a stuffed pouch, that's much cheaper and works usually very well, the German postal services are quite reliable.

In case of doubt please feel free to contact us before sending in any goods.

Of course we follow the German legally required warranty terms, further terms may apply depending on manufacturer. Please see our terms and conditions legal fineprint.

Online Shop

To take advantage of our online shop you have to activate Javascript and accept cookies in your web browser. Without that it doesn't work, sorry.
At each article number (order no.) you will find a colored price information and a shopping cart symbol, e.g.:

With a click on the shopping cart symbol you add the article to your order. A new window opens where you can see the current status of your order. Here you can change the amount of the article just ordered.
If you intend to add further products to your shopping cart, click on "Continue shopping" (lower left).
When you have added all required products to your shopping cart, please check the additional informations we need on this webpage:
- Terms of payment
- Country
Click on "Check out"
Please fill out your adress details, your WiMo customer number only if you have it, otherwise leave blank.
Click on "Proceed"
Here you have a chance to review your orders and further information
- If you plan to send the order to us, please check that mark which says that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions. At this point you can access these T&C as well.
- If you are interested please check the mark for our newsletter. We will send a newsletter (german, english) in irregular intervals to your email adress, informing you about new products, price changes etc. You can cancel this subscription at any time.
By clicking on "Send order" the order is completed. You will get an immediate confirmation and an order number which you should note. This helps us tracking this order in case of questions.

Your data is transmitted in two steps:
- First from your PC to our webserver
- Second from our webserver to our order system in Herxheim.

Both steps use encrypted methods (SSL or PGP 2048 bit) and are safe against eavesdropping by others. WiMo does use your adress and payment information only for the intended transaction, and does not make this information accessible to others.
